Helix Ventures is an investment and advisory firm operating mainly in Poland, but also active in other Central and Eastern European markets. Our Firm invests both our own funds as well as the capital of our select group of strategic partners - Polish and international institutional "private equity", "hedge" and "pre-IPO" funds.

Sector specialization. Our primary focus and interests focus on broadly-defined areas of Business Services and Technology as well as real estate.

Helix Ventures co-invests in partnership with select partner investment funds in publicly traded companies (through buy-outs, special situation investments and activist minority stakes), pre-IPO situations and selected early-stage investment opportunities. Thanks to our deep expertise in a number of technology-intensive sectors we are able to provide the investee companies with effective support in formulating and executing their businesses development strategies and/or restructuring of their operations. Average time horizon of investments is shorter than that of a typical private equity/venture fund and ranges between 6 and 24 months.

Helix Ventures specializes in transactions addition to our investment activities we also perform specialized advisory services in selected investment banking and strategic advisory areas. Our clients include leading Polish and international companies and institutions. Helix Ventures specializes transactions which call for creative, non-standard solutions and which require specialized industry knowledge and experience in capital markets and restructuring transactions.
