Bringing the Future to Life
Land investment and groundbreaking of sites at Oakview Innovation Park began in 2021. FUJIFILM Diosynth Biotechnologies, a global contract development and manufacturing organization for biologics, viral vaccines and viral vectors, occupies 150 acres of the site. Catalyst Biocampus, situated on 25 acres, offers an advanced building shell infrastructure for biopharmaceutical companies.
Collectively, the two companies have invested over 2 billion dollars in their campuses and promise to bring hundreds of skilled jobs to the area. The FUJIFILM campus is expected to be operational by 2025 and Catalyst anticipates delivering tenant space by 2024.

Oakview Commons
Oakview Commons is currently in pre-leasing with anticipated delivery of shell space Fall of 2024. This mixed-use development is situated between the prestigious golf course community of 12 Oaks and the future home of FujiFilm Diosynth’s new campus. Surrounded by several other residential communities and large commercial campuses, Oakview Commons will be a high-end retail development catering to the surrounding residential and business communities.
